The Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta believes that cultivating the next generation of leaders is one of the most valuable investments we can make.

As the young professional auxiliary of the 100 Black Men of North Metro Atlanta, we carry forward the mission of preparing youth and young adults to lead with courage, integrity, and vision. The strength of our organization and our communities depends on building a pipeline of talented and committed leaders who are ready to meet tomorrow’s challenges.

Our members are high achieving young professionals across industries who serve as trailblazers and role models. Through mentorship, leadership training, and community engagement, we empower our mentees to build character, embrace purpose, and create plans for their futures.

We live out the motto “What They See Is What They’ll Be®” by modeling servant leadership, demonstrating excellence, and inspiring the next generation to step confidently into positions of influence.
