The Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta proudly announces the return of its highly anticipated signature event, The Ultimate Health Day 5K, set to take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, along the Atlanta Beltline.

Backed by a mission to inspire health, mentoring, and community resilience, the 5K will raise funds to support Emerging 100’s award-winning mentoring programs and youth development initiatives. From one-on-one mentorship to mental health advocacy, every stride taken is a step toward preparing youth for a better future.

“This race represents the heart of who we are,” said Benjamin K. Tomlinson, President of Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta. “We’re not just here to run; we’re here to move this city forward, one stride at a time. Our mission is rooted in preparing young people for more, and this 5K is part of that legacy.”

The Ultimate Health Day 5K brings together professionals, families, students, and health advocates from across the Metro Atlanta area. Held on the scenic Atlanta Beltline, the event blends movement with mission, making it accessible, uplifting, and unforgettable.
