Greetings,

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of the Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta. As a body committed to uplifting our communities and empowering the next generation of Black male leaders, our charge is clear: "Building Bridges, Cultivating Leadership, and Inspiring Generational Impact." I am excited about what lies ahead as we unite our vision, voice, and values in service to others, knowing that our unity and collective action will be the driving force behind our success.

As we move forward, our administration is guided by a “Trilogy of Impact”

1. Investing in Brotherhood and Leadership
We are focused on developing and nurturing strong bonds between our members, recognizing that authentic leadership begins within. By equipping our brothers with the necessary tools, resources, and mentorship, we enhance our capacity to lead and inspire. We will continue to emphasize professional growth, personal development, and a culture that honors excellence.

2. Uplifting Our Collegiate Brothers
The Emerging 100 remains deeply committed to our mission of mentorship. We understand the challenges young men face today and are determined to be a consistent source of guidance and support. Our collegiate engagement strategy will be more than just a program; it will be a movement—one where young Black men feel seen, heard, and empowered to become the leaders of tomorrow, guided by the mentorship we provide.

3. Championing Community Engagement
Our success is not measured by what we achieve individually but by the lives we uplift collectively. Through targeted service initiatives, educational programs, and youth mentorship, we will intentionally create opportunities that spark genuine generational change. We must ensure our efforts are inclusive, sustainable, and deeply rooted in the communities we serve.

This is a defining moment for our chapter. We are the present and the future. I have accepted the call to lead boldly, challenge norms, and inspire action. I ask each of you to rise with me to think bigger, give deeper, and lead stronger, knowing that your role is integral to our success. Let us be the example our young men need to see.
